Train for Change is looking for a Program developer of Education to support the organization’s education efforts through the development and delivery of new and existing teacher training programmes aimed at primary school educators. Main duties of the Program developer are to help design, document and implement effective and cultural sensitive training workshops that can be delivered to teachers globally. Besides that you help to routinely evaluate and ensure that educational programs are responsive to the needs of the community and educational partners. We are looking for someone who believes in our mission and that is passionate about addressing inequalities in access to high quality education.
